Shipping Policy

Order are all sent via APC overnight Courier and are all insured. Items can easily be tracked via this service and tracking is provided on request.

NOTE: Should the courier have to make a 3rd attempt at delivery (after 2 unsuccessful attempts), they usually return the item to us, or they will make an extra charge. (This can be avoided by collecting from their local depot). We will endeavour to ensure you are not charged and get your item shipped back out to you. After one of our customer service reps gets back to and confirms the Addresses.
