Returns Policy

Any product that needs to be returned has to be sent back to us (return to base) either in the original packaging or packed safely and protected to avoid damage. We advise taking photos and emailing them to us.

To arrange to return an item or report something damaged you need to email us on sales@re-markit.co.uk or go to Re-markit.co.uk and click on contact us. We are unable to do this over the phone as we need to send information to you and to keep track of the query.

You will pay the postage costs for returning item and we will check the product and if it is faulty or damaged then it will be replaced. If there is nothing wrong; however, and the goods are perfectly ok and work then they will be returned to you and you will need to pay the postage to cover this. (Unless returned within 14 days from receipt – customer still responsible for postage costs).

Postage refunds for items sent back to us that were damaged or faulty within the first 30 days will be issued but only after the items have come back to us you will cover the postage cost, this will be re-imbursed if the item is deemed faulty

Once the items is received, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. If goods are delivered damaged then you need to let us know within 24 hours or receipt or we will not be held liable.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or your original method of payment.You will receive the credit within in 7 days, dependant on your card’s issuer policy.
